His life and works.

In the Phillipine Literature, we have many writters scattered across the regions of the country. Which has the potential to make great works but not given attention. Some of them migrates to other country to try their luck there.

As I do an online research on lesser know but promising Filipino contemporary authors (21st century) from outside my region (Region 7). I found this very promising writter Mr. Michael M. Coroza. I find this man very promising because his literary works are really great. Most of his works are coming from the real lives of the filipinos. Also has morals which is appropriate for the learners specially in the basic education (K-12).

Michael M. Coroza is a multi-awarded poet, essayist, translator, editor, and educator. He is also a singer who has recieved recognitions within and outside the country.
